DevOps Group Leader

<p data-path-to-node="3">Axonius is seeking a Group Leader to build and scale our Developer Experience (DevEx) and Test Infrastructure teams. You will define the vision for asset management, testing architecture, and CI/CD workflows for over 200 developers. This role is a critical technical and leadership pillar, ensuring our R&amp;D engine is efficient, stable, and cost-effective.</p> <h2 data-path-to-node="4">Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-path-to-node="5"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Team Leadership:</strong> Manage and lead the DevEx and Test Infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of mentorship and high-quality delivery.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Infrastructure Strategy:</strong> Define the long-term vision for R&amp;D testing architecture, shared infrastructure, and CI visibility.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">CI/CD Optimization:</strong> Design and implement high-scale CI/CD workflows, automated staging, and local development environments to reduce build times and costs.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Cloud &amp; Architecture:</strong> Maintain and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS (moving toward GCP) while ensuring security and integration across all application layers.</p> </li> </ul> <h2 data-path-to-node="6">Minimum Qualifications</h2> <ul data-path-to-node="7"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Management Experience:</strong> 2+ years of direct experience managing engineering teams within a high-growth R&amp;D environment.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Cloud Proficiency:</strong> 5+ years of experience managing AWS environments, including containerization (Docker) and Linux services.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Technical Foundations:</strong> Professional development background in Python, GoLang, Ruby, or JavaScript.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Testing Expertise:</strong> Proven experience implementing high-scale test architectures using tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.</p> </li> </ul> <h2 data-path-to-node="8">Preferred Qualifications</h2> <ul data-path-to-node="9"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Cost Management:</strong> Demonstrated experience in optimizing CI costs and reducing resource overhead in large-scale cloud deployments.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Security Mindset:</strong> Background in securing development environments and addressing vulnerabilities within local/staging setups.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Data-Driven Leadership:</strong> Experience using BI and monitoring tools to track CI metrics (test history, rerunning, and flakiness).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Strategic Planning:</strong> Ability to transition from reactive service requests to long-term infrastructure roadmaps.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Multilingual:</strong> Strong communication skills in both English and Hebrew.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Infrastructure Evolution:</strong> Experience with both On-Prem and Cloud environments, specifically migration or multi-cloud strategies.</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>#LI-REMOTE, #LI-HYBRID</p> <p>#LI-AZ1&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>About Axonius:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Axonius transforms cyber asset intelligence into actionability.
