About this role

Join Axon and be a Force for Good.

At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other.

Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.

Your Impact

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Enterprise New Markets team, you will lead the design and delivery of complex systems that help Axon explore, validate, and scale new enterprise product ideas. You’ll take ownership of translating ambiguous problem spaces into well-architected solutions, balancing rapid experimentation with the durability required for production-grade software.

This role sits at the intersection of technical leadership and product discovery. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, designers, and customers to shape technical approaches, guide system design decisions, and iterate quickly based on real-world feedback. As concepts mature, you’ll help evolve proofs-of-concept into scalable systems that integrate deeply with Axon’s existing platform and services.

As a senior engineer, you are expected to raise the technical bar for the team—owning complex systems end-to-end, influencing technical direction, coordinating work across engineers, and modeling strong engineering practices as we identify and build the next generation of enterprise products for Axon customers across multiple industries.
