Occupational Therapist (OT) Requirements & Responsibilities – Arizona

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program


• Arizona License in Occupational Therapy


• Arizona Department of Education Certificate  for Occupational Therapy


• 2+ years of experience in a school setting
