About this role
Job Purpose
Support AXA GBS transformation into a Tech-Led company by driving IT sourcing activities and workforce evolution planning for the Group Technology Operations (GTO) and Group CIO divisions.
This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and availability for sourcing-related decisions, contributes to the definition and governance of the sourcing strategy, and provides clear, actionable analysis and presentations to senior management.
Missions & Key Responsibilities
- IT Sourcing & Workforce Planning
- Consolidate, update, and continuously improve the sourcing management tool (Excel) using data from HR, Finance, and Procurement.
- Ensure data quality and consistency, raise alerts when discrepancies occur, and coordinate corrections with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and monitor the annual Workforce Evolution Plan.
- Decision-Making Support & Reporting
- Extract, analyze, and summarize data on-demand for projects and ad hoc requests.
- Prepare strategic PowerPoint presentations for senior management (N-1 / N-2 of AXA GO CEO).
- Be proactive in improving the design, clarity, and impact of executive presentations.
- Coordination & Organization
- Support the planning and organization of meetings and team seminars.
- Take notes during key meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure follow-up of actions.
- Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the harmonization of sourcing practices across IT sourcing strategy, workforce planning, and sourcing request management.
- Propose process improvements to strengthen governance and optimize performance.
Profile & Skills
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in Management, Information Systems, Data, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- First experience (internship / apprenticeship / junior position) in Sourcing, Workforce Planning, Procurement, Data Analysis, or Transformation Project Management within an international environment is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel expertise (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros preferred).
- Strong PowerPoint skills to produce high-quality executive presentations.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Experience working with HR, Finance, and/or Procurement data is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, international, and multicultural organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative, proactive, and improvement-oriented mindset.
- High sense of confidentiality and data reliability.
