About this role
- Développer sur votre zone géographique votre portefeuille clients sur des marchés en forte croissance auprès de tous types de clientèles.
- Réaliser des diagnostics chez les clients en matière de protection sociale et patrimoniale.
- Fidéliser vos clients par une relation de confiance durable et un accompagnement de qualité à chaque moment important de leur vie personnelle et professionnelle.
- Une formation de 7 mois rémunérée préparant au certificat de qualification professionnelle de conseiller en assurances (Niveau 5 inscrite au registre national des certificats).
- Un parcours vous permettant de valider les compétences nécessaires pour devenir Conseiller(ère) Commercial et d'obtenir à terme un poste en CDI. Le cursus est adapté à une reconversion professionnelle ou à une recherche d'emploi.
- L'intégration de votre future équipe et l'accompagnement d'un expert technique et commercial.
