- Recruter, animer et fédérer votre équipe.
- Conseiller et accompagner vos clients Particuliers, Professionnels et Entreprises grâce à une gamme complète d’assurances.
- Développer votre expertise sur un marché en croissance.
- Jouer un rôle sociétal en étant un acteur dynamique de votre bassin économique local.
- L’accompagnement des experts AXA pour développer votre expertise et celle de vos collaborateurs.
- Une acquisition de portefeuille même avec un apport de capitaux personnel limité.
- Un investissement et la constitution d’un patrimoine financier.

- Diplômé(e) d'un BAC + 3 minimum, vous pouvez justifier d’une expérience commerciale réussie.
- Vous avez l’esprit entrepreneurial et la volonté de créer & développer votre propre business.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre aisance relationnelle et capacité d’écoute, indispensables au management de votre équipe et l’accompagnement de vos clients.
- Enfin, rigueur et sens de l'organisation font partie de vos points forts, ils sont essentiels au développement d'une Agence.
