About this role
Avnet Logistics Bernburg
A high-performance distribution center with several logistics hall sections and upstream social and administration buildings is being built on a site area of approx. 190,000 m². A total of 56,000 m² of logistics space, 4,600 m² of office space and a product processing center (PMC) with an area of approx. 1,100 m² will be created in the first construction phase. Possible expansion areas are planned.
A total of around 700 jobs are to be created here by 2031. Following the start of construction in September 2022 and the topping-out ceremony in November 2023, gradual commissioning is planned from the second half of 2024. In spring 2025, up to 19,000 parcels are to be delivered here every day to over 30,000 customers worldwide. The location in Bernburg (Saale) complements the company's two existing European distribution centers in Tongeren, Belgium, and Poing near Munich.

Specialist Export (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben:
- selbständiges Bearbeiten von Exportvorgängen
- Beachtung und Überwachung der Exportvorschriften (Ausfuhrgenehmigungen, Compliance)
- Ansprechpartner für Spedition und Zoll
- Einhalten der Versandinstruktionen, Erstellen von Berichten
Was wir uns wünschen:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung zum Groß- und Außenhandels- oder Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder mehrjährige Tätigkeit in den Bereichen Import/Zoll
- Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung in der Logistik, Frachtenmanagement, Kundenmanagement und Angebotsabwicklung, idealerweise im Distributionsumfeld
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Import/Export (Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Zoll)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der internationalen und lokalen Transportmärkte, vornehmlich im Paket- und Expressbereich sowie der Luft- und Seefrachtmärkte, Straße und Schiene
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Exzellente MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel mit Pivot)
- Sehr gutes Zeit- und Selbstmanagement

What you'll do
- The Specialist Export will independently handle export processes, ensuring compliance with export regulations and acting as a point of contact for freight and customs. The role includes adhering to shipping instructions and preparing reports.
