Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Überwachen die rechtlichen und normativen Anforderungen an die Materialien und Produkte
  • Transfer der Anforderungen in das Unternehmen in Bezug auf Kenntnisgewinn und Handlungsfähigkeit der verantwortlichen Personen, sowie der Anpassung der Geschäftsprozesse hinsichtlich der externen Anforderungen
  • Abgleich der Anforderungen mit denen der Kunden
  • Erhöhung der Rechtssicherheit durch Kontrollabläufe hinsichtlich der Compliance Status der Bauteile und Komponenten

Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf folgenden Punkten:

  • Mitarbeit hinsichtlich materialbezogener Umweltanforderungen (REACh, SCIP, RoHS, TSCA, WEEE, …) in einer standortübergreifenden Funktion
  • Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von Vorgaben, Prozessen und Standards
  • Monitoring und Analyse der weltweiten material- und produktbezogenen Umweltanforderungen
  • Bewertung der materialbezogenen Umweltdaten im Materialbestand und bei der Neubeschaffung (u. a. Datenbankpflege ACCURIS/SAP, …)
  • Risikobewertung von Materialien und Produkten sowie Ableitung und Koordination interner Handlungsempfehlungen an unterschiedliche Bereiche des Unternehmens
  • Unterstützung interner Ansprechpartner im Rahmen von Entwicklungsprojekten, Lieferanten- und Kundenanfragen, Vertriebsunterstützung, Mitarbeit an Designprojekten
  • Erschaffung eines Wissensmanagements hinsichtlich der Materialrechtsthemen durch Dokumentation, Beratung, Schulung, Unterstützung und Arbeitskreise für die Prozessbeteiligten
  • Berichten von Materialinformationen in einschlägige Datenbanken und an Organisationen
  • Unterstützung im Bereich der Product-Compliance hinsichtlich der relevanten materialbezogenen Anforderungen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des unternehmensweiten Material-Compliance-Managementsystems

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium / Technikerabschluss idealerweise im Bereich Materialwissenschaften, Kunststofftechnik, Chemie, Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder vergleichbar
  • Kenntnisse über das globale Produktsicherheitsrecht (REACH, RoHS, etc.) wünschenswert
  • Grundlegende materialwissenschaftliche Kenntnisse im Bereich Kunststoffe, Metalle und Elektronik
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte, verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Produkten
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP und externen Datendienstleistern wie z.B. ACCURIS wären von Vorteil
