Our Auto & Property Claims team is on the hunt for Intermediate Claims Advisors – empathic, motivated and customer focused individuals. This posting is specifically for specifically New Grads who are graduating as of April 2026. The start date will be in May 2026.

As an Intermediate Auto/ Property Claims Advisor, you will be our customer’s first point of contact when they need us most. Providing exceptional customer service, you will be guiding them through the claims process, conducting investigations and making the decision on the best course of action.

To meet our customer’s needs, you must be available to work on a rotating shift schedule during the hours of 8am to 6pm on Monday through Friday. (Auto)

and 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday (Property)

What you'll do:

  • Guide customers through the claims process by investigating their auto collision claim and looking after their needs

  • Comply to company and industry regulatory practices, delivering best practice methods and taking responsibility for your customers and claims outcomes.

  • Work autonomously in a digital environment

  • Actively participate in ongoing training to keep up to date with best practices in claims handling

  • Contribute to special projects and provide feedback to support Aviva’s ongoing initiatives to provide the outstanding customer experience
