Job DetailsJob Location: Prescott, AZ 86303Salary Range: $36.00 - $38.00Evergreen Village, an assisted living community in Prescott, AZ is hiring an experience, compassionate, and diligent nurse (LPN)  to support the wellness care for our beautiful community. **THIS IS PRN AND WOULD ONLY REQUIRE 8 HOURS IN THE COMMUNTIY, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE OF DAYS/TIMES**   Schedule would require ability to administer and read TB tests. Responsibilities Completes new resident, biannual, and change of condition assessments according to policies Maintains up-to-date service plans Ensure resident records and charting is current and up to date Incident report management Maintain a high degree of resident satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality services Maintain current departmental policies, procedures, and licenses, in accordance with company, Federal, State, and local requirements Understand the community's care regulations along with state-specific regulations Provides activities of daily living assistance to the residents, as needed. Provides training to Caregivers and Med Techs Audits medication orders, carts, and systems. Passes medications, as needed Completes nursing visits for skin checks, post-fall, and wellness Collaborate with third-party providers   QualificationsQualifications Positive team player attitude and love working with people LPN Previous experience in Senior Living Knowledge of various computer systems, particularly Excel and Word A high degree of accuracy in all assignments; ability to manage time effectively, work with numerous interruptions, strength in showing initiative, good judgment; employs professional ethics; has a pleasant manner, good communication skills, and the ability to motivate Fingerprint Clearance Card
