About this role
Description
Windsor Court is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Server Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure that all food, condiments, and other Grill Room products are thoroughly prepared and stocked. Additionally, the Server Assistant will be responsible for picking up clean linens and disposing of dirty laundry daily.
Responsibilities:
- Assist servers with customer service needs
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Assist with setting up and breaking down tables
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Ensure all food, condiments, and other Grill Room products are thoroughly prepared and stocked
- Pick up clean linens and dispose of dirty laundry dai
Requirements:

- Must have customer service experience
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
