ABOUT YOUR ROLE
The Commercial Manager position has oversight and accountability for the management, growth and profitability of the ASEAN Graphics Solutions business. This position is responsible for:
Executing growth strategies to enable our Distributors & Converters to meet growth and profitability targets across our Automotive & Sign markets
Directly manage key Distribution Accounts in Malaysia and Singapore through exceptional customer service and uncovering new growth opportunities.
Coach, drive and support our sales organisation to meet commercial objectives driven by sales excellence rigor leveraging strong experience within salesfoirce.com & pipeline management best practices.
Engage and leverage networks within the Automotive & Sign industry by building strong relationships with Distribution Partners, Automotive Dealership Group and Branding/Specification Partners (project managers, architects, designers and brand agencies).
Drive increased customer satisfaction and leveraging our valued added services and pre and post sales initiatives to enable market share.
Management of pricing guidance and profitability in line with business expectations
The Commercial Manager is expected to spend 60% of their time in the field to address growth opportunities/ issues and drive key strategies aligned with their key accountabilities.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Minimum of 5 years of people management experience and 10 years of sales experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
Proven experience leading regional teams
Ability to communicate comfortably in Mandarin is an added advantage
Strong strategic thinking and thought leadership capability
Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset
Able to make timely and effective decisions
Strong ability to lead through influence rather than authority
Excellent execution skills, with a strong balance between strategy and delivery
Agile and adaptable in today’s fast paced market environment
