Responsabilidades principales
Preparar y analizar reportes financieros periódicos (mensuales, trimestrales).
Apoyar en procesos de presupuesto, forecast y análisis de variaciones.
Desarrollar y mantener hojas de cálculo, modelos básicos y dashboards.
Extraer, consolidar y validar información financiera de diferentes sistemas.
Elaborar análisis financieros y estadísticos para identificar tendencias y oportunidades.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas, controles financieros y lineamientos de compliance.
Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para dar soporte a iniciativas del negocio.
Proponer mejoras en procesos y herramientas financieras.
Requisitos
Requisitos del puesto
Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía o carrera afín.
2 a 4 años de experiencia en roles financieros o analíticos.
Nivel intermedio–avanzado de Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos.
Experiencia en elaboración de reportes y análisis financiero.
Capacidad para comunicar información financiera de manera clara y estructurada.
Conocimiento básico de metodologías de investigación y análisis de datos.
Habilidad para trabajar con autonomía moderada y cumplir fechas límite.
