Junior Business Analyst

<p>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE</p> <ol> <li>Requirement Elicitation and Analysis <ul> <li>Support in conducting requirement surveys based on project and client specifications.</li> <li>Assist in client discussions to understand core business needs.</li> <li>Contribute to analyzing and documenting current operational pain points.</li> </ul> </li> </ol> <ol> <li>Solution Development and Documentation</li> </ol> <ul> <li>Collaborate with project development teams to create preliminary solutions.</li> <li>Utilize tools such as Mock-ups, Design diagrams, etc., to illustrate proposed solutions.</li> <li>Support in Producing and finalizing comprehensive Functional Specification (FS) documents.</li> </ul> <ol> <li>Project Facilitation</li> </ol> <ul> <li>Participate in project development activities, including liaising with design teams for product interface design.</li> <li>Assist in articulating project logic to development engineers and system architects.</li> <li>Support test engineers in executing system tests per requirement documents.</li> </ul> <ol> <li>Document Preparation</li> </ol> <ul> <li>Co-author Use Cases, User Guides, and other project-related documentation in collaboration with project team members.</li> </ul> <ol> <li>Client Engagement and Post-Implementation Support</li> </ol> <ul> <li>Assist clients in conducting user acceptance tests.</li> <li>Contribute to facilitating smooth transition processes for new and existing systems post-implementation.</li> <li>Assist in conducting user training sessions as necessary.</li> </ul> <p>JOB REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in computer science, software engineering, or related fields. Alternatively, a degree in English and/or Chinese with exceptional spoken proficiency is a plus.</li> <li>Chinese speaker is preferred even if no previous experience.</li> <li>Proficiency in English, with exceptional listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
