Operating globally, our 6000+ specialists provide a full spectrum of services, including business and tech advisory, enterprise solutions, CX, UX and Ul design, managed services, product development, and software development. <br></p><p><strong><em>This is the job</em></strong><br><em><br></em>The <strong>Senior Technical Project Manager</strong> role is accountable for the<strong> </strong>end-to-end delivery, transformation, and operational management of complex <strong>telecom network solution stacks</strong> across multi-vendor and multi-product environments.</p><p>The job focuses on leading the delivery of <strong>Policy Control (PCRF/PCF)</strong>, <strong>Data Charging Systems</strong>, <strong>Network Messaging Platforms</strong>, and related telecom solutions, ensuring alignment between technical execution, business objectives, and service-level commitments.<br><strong><em><br>This is you</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Proven expertise in <strong>Telecom Networks Solution Stacks</strong>, including <strong>PCRF / PCF</strong>, <strong>Data Charging Systems</strong>, <strong>Network Messaging Platforms</strong>, and <strong>PNM solutions</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong background in<strong> </strong>technical project, program, and portfolio management</p></li><li><p>Experience leading end-to-end delivery strategies and large transformation programs</p></li><li><p>Ability to operate confidently in complex, multi-product, multi-vendor environments</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of service management, managed services, support, and maintenance operations</p></li><li><p>A structured, metrics-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs, SLAs, and compliance</p></li><li><p>Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, margin, and P&L management</p></li><li><p>Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills, including CXO-level communication</p></li><li><p>A natural leader who coaches, mentors, and builds high-performing, cross-functional teams</p></li><li><p>A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills</p></li><li><p>Passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strategic planning</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong><em>This is your role</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Owning and executing delivery strategies across projects, programs, and transformation initiatives</p></li><li><p>Leading technical project and program execution from initiation through delivery and operational handover</p></li><li><p>Establishing governance structures, including PI Planning, steering committees, and delivery frameworks</p></li><li><p>Managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and integration</p></li><li><p>Coordinating multi-vendor delivery, internal teams, and regional stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs, SLAs, risks, issues, and benefits realization</p></li><li><p>Ensuring operational readiness, stability, and long-term service excellence</p></li><li><p>Overseeing regional service management, including support, maintenance, and managed services</p></li><li><p>Acting as the primary customer interface, managing escalations and executive-level communication</p></li><li><p>Preparing and delivering executive presentations and structured communication plans</p></li><li><p>Driving change management, continuous improvement, and delivery practice optimization</p></li><li><p>Managing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, margin, and change control</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong><em>What awaits you at Avenga?</em></strong></p><p><em><br>At Avenga, everyone matters.
