We are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to manage full-cycle bookkeeping for one of Avatrade Group companies, including its subsidiaries and holdings.
This is a hands-on role focused on day-to-day bookkeeping, financial reporting, and monthly and annual closing processes.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle bookkeeping up to balance sheet, including bank, credit card, vendor, and customer reconciliations
- Ongoing bookkeeping for group companies and subsidiaries
- Bookkeeping for holding companies and complex group structures
- Ongoing financial reporting and support to shareholders
- Monthly and annual closing processes
- Preparation and submission of reports to authorities (VAT, Income Tax, National Insurance, etc.)
- Preparation of monthly cash flow reports and budget monitoring
- Ongoing work with banks and financial institutions
- Payroll processing and salary handling – a strong advantage
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Bookkeeper up to balance sheet – mandatory
- Certified Bookkeeper Type 3 / Senior Bookkeeper – a strong advantage
- Experience working with multiple companies and/or holding structures – a strong advantage
- High level of accuracy, organization, and ability to work independently
- Strong proficiency in Priority ERP and Ex
