About this role
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Head of Growth to lead and scale our global performance marketing and growth initiatives in a competitive and regulated B2C Online Trading environment. You will be responsible for shaping and executing a holistic growth strategy that leverages cutting-edge marketing technologies, data science, and innovative acquisition tactics.
This is a hands-on leadership role with ownership of multi-million-dollar budgets, high-performing teams, and global growth KPIs.
Responsibilities
? Strategic Leadership
- Define and drive the global growth and performance marketing strategy across all markets.
- Identify high-impact opportunities through advanced analytics, automation, and experimentation.
- Develop scalable systems and processes for continuous optimization of CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
? Team & Operational Excellence
- Lead four specialized teams, including Acquisition, GEO/SEO, ASO, and Marketing Automation.
- Scale global performance campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing growth marketing team.
? Analytics & Innovation
- Leverage deep analytics, automation tools, and GenAI platforms to drive smarter, faster decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Retention, BI, Finance, and Compliance to align growth initiatives with business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and media buying, with a strong command of Google Ads (required).
- Proven B2C growth track record in performance-driven environments; experience in Trading, Gaming, or E-Commerce is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (required).
- Experience managing and scaling teams of 5+ people (15+ preferred)
- Experience as a trader or strong knowledge of trading platforms and financial markets - a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of Marketing Automation, GEO strategies, SEO, and ASO.
- Passion for leveraging GenAI tools in marketing and analytics — hands-on experience required.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team development capabilities.
