Shipping Coordinator – Mölndal

Contract: Temporary, 1-year
Location: Mölndal

We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator with solid logistics and shipping experience to support our operations in Mölndal. In this role, you will manage all outgoing shipments from the customer’s site, ensuring accurate packaging, labelling, documentation, and compliance with all transport and regulatory requirements. The position includes administrative duties related to customs documents.

You will work with a wide range of materials — from temperature‑sensitive samples and other materials — requiring a high level of logistical insight and attention to detail. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in coordinating shipments, working with carriers and authorities, and ensuring smooth transport processes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all outbound materials are packed, labelled, and documented according to logistics and transport guidelines.

• Secure correct time- and temperature-controlled transport.

• Collect and prepare materials for shipment.

• Manage the full shipping workflow, including handling deviations, delays, and complaints.

• Participate in or lead discussions with customers, logistics partners, and receiving sites.

• Communicate with domestic and international authorities and logistics providers, ensuring all required documentation is delivered accurately and on time.

• Handle customs administration, reporting, and import-related tasks according to deadlines.

• Maintain inventory of packaging materials and shipping supplies.

• Coordinate complex or detailed shipments.

• Report logistics-related KPIs to the Team Lead.

• Ensure excellent customer communication, both written and verbal.

• Perform all duties in compliance with GMP where applicable.

• Participate in daily planning and coordination with co-workers.

Qualifications

• Dangerous Goods certifications (ADR-S, IATA-DGR, IMDG Code) are a plus.

• Proven experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or customs handling — essential.

• Experience in GxP environments is an advantage.

• Understanding of logistics-related SOPs and work instructions.

• Highly structured, accurate, and detail-oriented working style.

• Strong logistical problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.

• Excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities in a dynamic logistics environment.

• Service-minded and communicative team player.

• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written) is a must.
