Summary

We are seeking a skilled Agency Revenue Specialist to join our team. As a Agency Revenue Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of revenue streams and data sources within our organization. Your expertise in agency revenue, data mapping, and troubleshooting will play a critical role in enhancing our operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Agency Integration: Collaborate with integration team to develop solutions that correctly map different administrators and sources of revenue.
• Agency Data Mapping: Analyze and map data ensuring accurate data flow and recording.
• Integration Testing: Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to identify and resolve any data or system inconsistencies.
• Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve revenue issues, errors, and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of revenue processes, data mappings, and processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance integration processes, streamline revenue workflows, and optimize posting process.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that data integration processes adhere to security standards and compliance requirements.
• User Training: Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of integrated systems.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams, software vendors, and external partners to ensure successful integration and data exchange.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system integration, data mapping, and troubleshooting, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.

• Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to type and look at a computer screen for long periods of the day. The employee must be able to sit for long periods of time.
