Responsibilities:
1.Lead the design and architecture of complex RPA solutions with a focus on incorporating Generative AI technologies. Development/Coding if required.
2.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align automation strategies with organizational goals.
3.Develop high-level and detailed solution designs, ensuring they meet scalability, reliability, and security standards.
4.Technical ownership of end-to-end engagement as he/she would be completely responsible for the same.
5.Integrate Generative AI capabilities into RPA solutions to enhance customer deliverable, decision-making, learning, and adaptive automation processes.
6.Provide technical leadership and guidance to RPA development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
7.Conduct feasibility studies and assess the applicability of Generative AI algorithms to optimize automation outcomes.
8.Stay abreast of emerging technologies, especially in Generative AI, and evaluate their potential impact on RPA strategies.
9.Adaptability and flexibility with respect to technologies, work environment and work timing as we work with global customers.
10.Ability to accurately estimate project efforts and timeline during project initiation with appropriate risk, dependency and constraints.
11.Open to work from client location and AA office.
Skills:
1.Familiarity with process analysis and improvement methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
2.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
3.Experience with process documentation and workflow diagramming.
4.Experience in designing and implementing scalable, optimized and secure RPA solutions for enterprise-level applications.
5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
6.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Nice to have skills :
•Strong background on cloud services from various cloud service providers that integrates with AI/ML solutions
•Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI/ML solutions.
•Strong analytical skills to address complex technical challenges and innovate scalable solutions.
•Ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding of data privacy and AI ethics for compliant system designs.•
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience:
•5-8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years proven experience as an RPA Solution Architect, with a strong emphasis on integrating Generative AI into automation solutions.
•Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, etc.) and cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML, etc.).
Certifications (Preferred):
•AI/ML certifications (e.g., Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer/AWS Certified AI Practioners/Microsoft AI-900, etc.).
•Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) relevant to AI/ML solutions.
