The People Programs Delivery (PPD) Team

The People Programs Delivery (PPD) team sits within People Services and is responsible for ensuring global service delivery readiness, driving operational excellence, and enabling the successful adoption of people programs across our People Experience (PEX) and People & Places (PPL) organizations.

We partner closely across PEX and PPL to align priorities, strengthen collaboration, and continuously improve how People programs are designed, delivered, and experienced by Autodeskers worldwide.

Position Overview:

This is a 12-month fixed-term employee contract. This position will report to the Sr Manager, People Programs Delivery and will be 100% remote in Canada.

As a global People Programs Manager, you will lead the delivery, optimization, and adoption of global People/HR programs and practices. You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution—partnering with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs are scalable, operationally ready, and deliver a world-class employee experience.

How You’ll Find Success

  • Change Leadership: Proactively anticipate and manage the downstream impacts of change across people, programs, processes, policies, and technology to ensure smooth rollouts and strong adoption.
  • Collaborative Improvement: Partner with COEs and stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize solutions, and deliver operational improvements with measurable outcomes.
  • Innovative Mindset: Champion new ideas, tools, and technologies that automate, streamline, and enhance People programs and workflows.
  • Stakeholder Empathy: Build trusted relationships by understanding stakeholder needs and translating them into scalable, user-centered solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of global People/HR programs in partnership with COEs and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Develop and execute change management and service delivery readiness plans for new and evolving programs, processes, and practices.
  • Track program performance and service delivery metrics, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Gather and synthesize employee and stakeholder feedback to inform program design and delivery enhancements.
  • Design and deliver enablement, training, and communications to support consistent adoption across People Services and PEX teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and the employee experience.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes and drive iterative improvements.
  • Support global project execution with a strong focus on risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or People program management with exposure to global initiatives and employee experience

  • Prior success driving process improvement and operational excellence
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complexity and competing priorities
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across levels and geographies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and deliver results collaboratively
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures with a global-first mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR platforms, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Zoom, Miro)
  • Experience supporting global benefits programs is a plus
