Assist technicians with basic vehicle service tasks
Perform oil top-ups and fluid checks
Check and adjust tire pressures
Support vehicle scans and basic diagnostic processes
Move vehicles in and out of the shop safely
Assist with quality control road tests
Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
Support general shop duties and workflow as needed
Learn through hands-on mentoring alongside experienced technicians
Strong interest in pursuing a career as an Automotive Technician
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a shop environment
Basic computer skills
Ability to meet physical demands (lifting, standing for long periods, working with tools and equipment)
Valid Canadian driver’s license with a safe driving history
Previous shop, mechanical, or dealership experience
Vocational or pre-apprenticeship automotive training
$16–$17 per hour, based on experience and skill level
