As a Tech Lead within the Remarketing Technology Department, you will play a critical leadership role within a fast-paced, multicultural, and agile team. You will be responsible for architecting and delivering state-of-the-art software solutions that drive significant business value. Leveraging the latest technologies—including Artificial Intelligence and Agentic AI—you will help steer your team towards excellence, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries while maintaining alignment with AUTO1 Group's strategic goals

• You have at least two years of experience in leading a group of developers and taking responsibility for a team and software.

• You have 5+ years of professional experience in java programming 

• You have a good understanding of the JVM. You are fluid in modern java and know the possibilities of the language and can apply them in every-day and really tricky scenarios

• You have a passionate opinion on how a restful APIs should ideally look like, but you’re not too dogmatic to ignore the every-day needs of a business

• You bring at least 2 years experience with spring-based technologies and have hands-on experience with spring boot, ideally spring cloud

• You leverage software design principles and patterns in your product to technical specifications flows.
