Buscamos un/a técnico/a de reclamaciones con experiencia en el sector mecánico para unirse a nuestro equipo de Autohero en las oficinas centrales de Plaza Castilla - Cuzco (Madrid).

Descripción del empleo

Gestión de reclamaciones desde un punto de vista técnico y mecánico.
Interlocución diaria y directa con clientes, talleres y otros departamentos de la compañía.
Valoración, análisis y negociación de presupuestos de taller.

Requisitos

FP Mantenimiento Vehículos Autopropulsados u otro tipo de formación académica relacionada con automoción.
Conocimientos de mecánica de vehículos, reparaciones, daños, etc.
Capacidad de leer e interpretar presupuestos.
Nivel alto de paquete Office.
Valorable alto nivel de inglés (hablado y escrito).

Información adicional

Contrato: indefinido.
Horario: L-V 10:00 a 19:00 (1 semana al mes en remoto).
Zona de trabajo: Cuzco.
Retribución flexible + beneficios de empresa.

Remuneración: EUR19000 - EUR22000 - anualmente
