Description du poste
- Traiter les réclamations de nos clients BtoB
- Gérer en toute autonomie les dossiers
- Garantir une bonne relation commerciale avec les clients
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes
Qualifications
- Connaissances automobiles et mécaniques
- Utilisation des outils bureautiques
- Anglais intermédiaire
- Tu as le sens du contact
Informations complémentaires
Rémunération annuelle brute (sur 12 mois) : entre 26 000€ et 28 400€
