Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to maintain alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, discuss progress, and address any challenges.
- Manage project budgets and track financial performance to ensure profitability.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or failures.
- Mentor and support project team members, enhancing their skills and fostering professional development.
- Compile and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Superb communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
