About this role
Aureol Global Connections is looking for 5 motivated QA/QC Engineers to join our team and ensure the quality and integrity of our engineering projects. In this essential role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance and quality control processes across various projects. You will work closely with project teams to establish and enforce quality standards, conduct inspections, and identify areas for improvement. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be integral in facilitating the success of our projects and maintaining client satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and checklists to meet project quality requirements.
- Conduct inspections and audits throughout all phases of engineering projects to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Identify and document non-conformities, working collaboratively with project teams to address and resolve issues.
- Compile and maintain detailed records of quality control activities, inspections, and test results.
- Promote continuous improvement by analyzing quality data and recommending actionable solutions.
- Provide training and support to project staff on quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss quality issues, improvements, and updates.
- Stay informed of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance and control.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer or in a similar role within the engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, specifications, and quality standards effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in the use of quality assurance software and tools.
- Familiarity with industry standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.) and quality certifications is a plus.
