About this role
Aureol Global Connections is actively seeking three talented Process Design Engineers to join our dynamic team. This role requires individuals who are passionate about developing process design solutions that enhance operational efficiency and meet stringent industry standards. As a Process Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing process designs, conducting simulations, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to bring innovative projects to fruition. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our processes are not only effective but also environmentally sustainable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive process designs for a variety of engineering projects.
- Conduct simulations and analyses to optimize process flow and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure integration of designs into overall project goals.
- Create, revise, and maintain detailed documentation, including specifications and process drawings.
- Participate in design reviews, offering insights and solutions to enhance design quality.
- Stay informed about industry developments and incorporate innovative practices into design processes.
- Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations and quality assurance protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process design engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS, AutoCAD) and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards pertaining to process design.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and learning in process engineering.
