Ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for an Intermediate Senior Structural Engineer to join our Christchurch Buildings team, a group delivering innovative, future-focused solutions across working across health, education, retail, and tertiary environments.

What you’ll be doing 

• Deliver structural design on projects across health, education, retail, tertiary and commercial buildings. 

• Contribute across the full project lifecycle from early stages of design through procurement and construction monitoring. 

• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, stakeholders, and delivery partners, building strong and trusted relationships. 

• Bring analytical rigour and sound engineering judgement to complex projects. 

• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. 

What we’re looking for 

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (or similar). 

• Ideally chartered, or working confidently toward chartership. 

• 5+ years’ experience in structural engineering within a consultancy environment. 

• Strong technical capability someone who can get things done proactively and deliver quality work with minimal oversight. 

• Excellent communicator: able to translate technical concepts clearly for clients, partners, and non-technical audiences. 

• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver positive client experiences. 

• Curious, analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
