Position Highlights:
- Pay Rate: $40hr
- Shifts: Day, Evening, and Night shifts available
- Facilities: Long-Term Care (LTC)
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 6 months of LTC experience GREAT FOR SOMEONE STARTING THEIR LPN JOURNEY
- Licensing: Active LPN license in Oregon
- Certifications: Current BLS or CPR certification
- Health: Current TB test; COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations or declinations
- Compliance: Must pass background checks, state exams, and skills evaluations
- Transportation: Current driver’s license and a dependable vehicle
