Position Highlights:
- Pay Rate: $34 HR.
- Shifts: Day, and Night shifts available
- Facilities: Long-Term Care (LTC)
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 6 months of LTC experience GREAT FOR SOMEONE STARTING THEIR LPN JOURNEY
- Licensing: Active LPN license in Colorado
- Certifications: Current BLS or CPR certification
- Health: Current TB test; COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations or declinations
- Compliance: Must pass background checks, skills evaluations
- Transportation: Current driver’s license and a dependable vehicle
