The technology and electronics company offers a wide-ranging portfolio that makes mobility safe, exciting, connected, and autonomous. This includes sensor solutions, displays, braking and comfort systems as well as comprehensive expertise in software, architecture platforms, and assistance systems for software-defined vehicles. In the fiscal year 2024 the business areas, which now belong to AUMOVIO, generated sales of 19.6 billion Euro. Conhecimentos em TI (Importante)
- Noções básicas de terminologia de TI;
- Facilidade para interagir com times de suporte, infraestrutura ou fornecedores;
- Entendimento conceitual de: Relógios de ponto, Sistemas de controle de acesso (catracas) e Integrações simples entre sistemas;
- Capacidade de analisar problemas técnicos e traduzir para o negócio/RH.
Qualificações
- Cursando Administração, Recursos Humanos ou cursos correlatos;
- Inglês básico;
- Pacote Office intermediário/avançado;
- Conhecimento ou interesse em VBA / Macros;
- Capacidade de criar e acompanhar KPIs e dashboards;
- Noção de banco de dados ou lógica de programação;
- Familiaridade com Power BI.
