1. Strategic Planning, Execution & Leadership Partnership

• Collaborate closely with the CEO, SEA and all stakeholders to develop, execute the organization strategic vision, goals and initiatives and to address issues and challenges.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, provide data driven insights and analysis to support decision-making.  This includes research / gathering information on industry trends and internal business to develop strategic options and identify business development opportunities.
• Translate CEO/HODs vision into actionable plans and cross functional initiatives.
• Identify and assess strategic risks, develop mitigation plans and ensure the organization’s resilience in a dynamic business environment.
• Drive budget process and collaborate with all departments to ensure timely submission and value add to the business.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication on behalf of CEO, SEA on business strategies and execution, and ensuring a consistent message and alignment with the company’s vision and goals. This include prepare leadership for key engagements.

2. Project Management

• Lead and oversee projects, initiatives, and strategic priorities.
• Drive the execution of these projects, initiatives and strategic priorities, monitoring progress and performance metrics.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency across SEA. Eg identify and resolve systematic bottlenecks and streamline workflows (eg communication gaps, slow decision cycles).

• Lead, facilitate cross functional collaboration eg regional meetings including identifying best practices and business reviews, draft executive

1. Others

• Be the BCP champion.  Ensure organizational resilience by partnering with all HODs to develop, maintain and update the Business Continuity Plans, incorporating emerging risks and coordinating crisis exercises.
• Data Privacy & Protection champion (including CCTV).  Implement and monitor data privacy protocols during incidents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and collaborate with Security Manager, IT and all stakeholders to mitigate breach impacts.
• Crisis Management. Lead crisis response activities, coordinate communication and escalation processes and execution of contingency plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 8 - 12 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or business operations.
• Proven track record partnering with C-suite leaders on strategy execution and business reviews.
• Demonstrated success in end-to-end program/project management and cross-functional initiatives at regional scale.
• Experience in financial planning and budget cycles, with ability to interpret financials and link to business outcomes.
