Are you looking for a dynamic, rewarding, part-time job changing the way real estate is bought and sold? Auction.com is the nation’s leading live and online real estate marketplace and we want you to be a part of our team!

We are looking for energetic, tech-savvy, and sales-focused individuals who want to make a difference within your communities.  You will be the face of Auction.com and will represent the Company in the conduct of live foreclosure auctions, either through holding auctions, or via online technology that allows remote or real-time bidding on a national basis.  You will be helping your local community thrive through educating customers on how to participate in the auctions and helping turn houses into homes.

The Territory: Centered in Corona, CA but expect to drive up to 90 minutes to get to auctions in surrounding areas. This can vary based on your skill set and availability.

Availability: Employee will need to be available Monday – Thursday for morning shifts (every other week).

The Schedule: As an Auction Coordinator, your Area/State manager will work with you to assign daily, weekly, or monthly auctions that you will be expected to participate in.  Your typical schedule will have 5-8 auctions per month, occurring typically on a bi-weekly schedule, so the more available and flexible your schedule is the better.  Additionally, there are usually training sessions monthly/quarterly and these provide opportunities to improve skills while earning additional compensation.  Each auction usually requires 2-3 hours of work. Starting out you can expect between 15-30 hours per month with the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as you grow within our team and company.

This Is a Great Opportunity For You If…

-     Embrace Technology! You are proficient in technology and it’s something that you believe in.

-     You can explain anything to anyone, and you thrive in a crowd!

-     Hustle! You think fast on your feet.

-     You are focused on the customer!

What’s in it for you!

Competitive pay which starts at $25/hr. with room to grow, professional experience for your resume, a unique working environment (no office!), regular training opportunities for professional growth and development, employee recognition program, employee referral program, and eligibility to participate in the Auction.com 401k program.
