Aquatics Supervisor | West Wave Pool and Leisure Centre

West Wave is one of Auckland’s most premier aquatic facilities, and we’re looking for Aquatics Supervisors to lead our team in delivering safe, enjoyable, and engaging experiences for our community. In this role, you’ll work closely with and report to the Aquatics Team Leader, supporting the team to deliver safe, high-quality aquatic experiences for our community.

This is an on-site, permanent full-time position.
As the centre operates 7 days a week, reliability, and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts are crucial.

You’ll bring proven leadership and management experience within aquatic environments, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle complex situations calmly and professionally. A strong focus on the physical and mental well-being of your team is essential.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Ideally, you’ll also hold a New Zealand Certificate in Aquatics (Level 4) or equivalent.
