The targeted compensation rate for this full time year round, non exempt position is $15 per hour. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Resorts Collection

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Lead Food Runner / Expeditor. In this key role, you'll play a vital part in our guests' experience by swiftly and precisely ensuring the smooth delivery of delectable orders from the kitchen to their tables, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience.

  • Lead and direct food runners during service, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to standards.

  • Manage food tickets, monitor cooking times, and prioritize orders for timely delivery.

  • Perform final quality checks on dishes for accuracy, temperature, garnishing, and presentation.

  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams regarding order status, special requests, and allergies.

  • Deliver food promptly and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address minor needs.

  • Assist servers with table resets, clearing, and overall service support.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked expediting and service stations.

  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role, in a luxury setting, is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
