Description du poste

Placé sous les ordres du Responsable des Achats, vous serez en charge de l’approvisionnement et du bon suivi des stocks. En tant qu'Econome / Cost Controler , vous êtes un ambassadeur de la prestation de luxe offerte à notre clientèle. Vos missions quotidiennes seront les suivantes :

  • Participer aux inventaires de stock et assurer le contrôle des niveaux et des volumes.
  • Veiller au bon entretien des espaces de stockage et au strict respect des procédures d’hygiène.
  • Contrôler les coûts, effectuer les vérifications de factures et analyser les variations de prix.
  • Être responsable des inventaires de fin de mois et du reporting associé.
  • Garantir de bonnes relations avec les fournisseurs et assurer un suivi professionnel et qualitatif.

Qualifications

  • Expérience : Vous justifiez d'une expérience d' un an sur un poste similaire.
  • Personnalité : Connaissances des produits culinaires & boissons, rigueur, dynamisme et un bon esprit d'équipe sont les principales qualités recherchées pour ce poste.
  • Langues : Doit parler, lire et écrire le français.
  • Disponibilité : Dès que possible.
