Job Overview:  

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect to perform ServiceNow architecture initiatives and solutioning, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across global environments. This role will define platform strategy, design, and delivery across multiple domains, leveraging advanced capabilities such as GenAI and Agentic AI to drive innovation and automation.

Skills Required:

• 15-20 years of Overall experience; minimum 9+ years in ServiceNow architecture.
• Architect solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps/GRC, SPM, FSM, and App Engine.
• Proven leadership in multi-instance ServiceNow programs.
• Deploy Now Assist (GenAI) for automation and content generation; implement Agentic AI for autonomous workflows

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Maintain ServiceNow Architecture Define the overall platform architecture and ensure scalability, security, and compliance across all ServiceNow modules.
• Lead Multi-Module Implementations Provide architectural guidance and best practices for modules such as ITSM, CMDB, IRM, VR, SPM, HRSD, TPRM, and BCM.
• Governance and Standards Establish and enforce platform governance, coding standards, and configuration management to maintain system integrity.
• Integration Strategy Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Performance Optimization Conduct platform health checks, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance tuning for optimal system efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business leaders, process owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement Drive automation, implement new ServiceNow capabilities, and stay updated with platform upgrades and emerging technologies.
