We’re looking for a Senior Data & AI consultant to join our team!

Your impact

As a Senior Data & AI Consultant, you will play an important role in leading and executing data-driven transformation projects for our clients. Your expertise in the domain of Data, Analytics and AI will guide clients through the complexities of integrating advanced technologies into their business processes, ensuring sustainable growth and innovation. You will work together with clients to scope, design and initiate innovative solutions, and are involved in the implementation.

Key responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: create strong client relationships, deeply understanding their needs to deliver tailored data and AI solutions.
• Pre-Sales Support & Proposal Development: engage in pre-sales activities, including conducting opportunity assessments, developing business cases, and supporting proposal development to secure new projects.
• Innovation & Thought Leadership: Keep up with emerging technologies and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to clients and colleagues.
• Strategy & Exploration: Develop and implement data-driven transformation strategies aligned with client objectives, exploring innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Solution Design & Delivery: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable data and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless integration into existing systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, fostering a data-driven culture and ensuring smooth transitions through effective communication and training programs.

What you’ll bring

• Master’s degree in Business studies, Data science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Management or a related field
• Fluency in Dutch and full working proficiency in English
• 6+ years experience in digital transformation consulting, with a strong emphasis on data, analytics, and AI domains
• Strong project management and business analysis skills
• You are a great workshop facilitator, capable of making an impact through an energetic approach and applying extensive knowledge of tools, methods, and frameworks (such as design thinking, agile, and ADKAR)
• Skills to bridge the gap between the exploration/analysis phase and the execution/delivery phase
• Experience in data visualization tools or analytics/AI tooling (e.g. Power BI, Azure, Databricks, Python, XAI tooling) is a plus
