The TIA works in pre-sales, project teams or account-based assignments. The TIA takes part in end-to-end solution designs, integrating and connecting technologies and applications from multiple IT systems and departments across either the application or infrastructure domains.

The TIA has the ability too clearly analyze, document and communicate the domain and integration architecture. The TIA ensures technical quality and assurance by participating in Architecture Governance and Technical Design peer review processes, working closely with customer and other internal stakeholders. The TIA must have the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across Atos and the client organization. You have also experience in an agile development environment.

The TIA can work under the coordination of the Solution Manager or Solution Architect and teams up with other TIAs.

Your main work location is Amstelveen. However, at Atos we are flexible in our work location, meaning that you can also work at the client or from home. International travel may be an opportunity when willing.

The department

The organizational unit Digital Apps API & Integration inside the practice Application Services works with its clients to enable them to make the best out of their digital journey. We support clients in their migration from classical application to the digital world. The scale of the changes brought by digitalization across all industries is radically reshaping the way our customers consume technology and services. Our customers are shifting their priorities and budgets to support digital initiatives and implement business-driven technologies. Application Services is to be the partner of choice and trusted advisor of Atos clients to address these objectives.

Who are you

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or similar level of education.
• Able to offer technology advisory services to the clients on integration, technology landscape, product and solution recommendations, adoption and implementation strategy.
• Experienced in supporting proposal presentations within Atos and/or customer locations.
• Experienced with one or more of the following integration solutions:  Mulesoft, Boomi, Google (Apigee), Microsoft Azure APIM or other.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills especially in a multi-cultural environment.
• Good analytical, leadership, team-working and delegation skills.
• Able to challenge peers as well as internal processes and decisions.
• Has worked within customer bids.
• Has worked within Agile teams.
• Able to work under pressure while remaining decisive and taking ownership.
• Demonstrates the First-Time Right attitude.
• Team player, enthusiastic, pro-active and eager to learn new things.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
