Finance Manager

About the Role

Are you ready to take ownership of financial operations in a dynamic multinational environment? Atos Hungary is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and supervise all financial processes, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. You will report directly to the CFO of the SEE region and be an integral part of our local management team.

Your Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: Oversee all financial processes and ensure timely, accurate reporting to regional and group stakeholders.
• Statutory Closing & Audit: Review statutory reports and taxes, act as the main contact for auditors.
• Monthly Closing: Lead the monthly closing process and ensure transparent reporting.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts, aligning with regional and group requirements.
• Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Intercompany Transactions: Manage invoicing and reporting, liaise with global support centers.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to corporate policies and local regulations.
• Cash & Tax Management: Optimize cash flow and manage tax compliance in collaboration with global tax teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with local and regional managers, business lines, and corporate functions.
• Audits & Reviews: Support statutory, internal, and tax audits; participate in management reviews and ad-hoc analyses.
• Manage local finance team.

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 10+ years of experience in finance, including 5+ years in a multinational environment
• Full-scope financial expertise: accounting, controlling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, FP&A, cash flow
• Strong analytical and communication skills, team-oriented mindset

• Ability to manage stress effectively in a dynamic multinational work environment

• Deep knowledge of Hungarian accounting & taxation principles and IFRS standards
• Fluent in Hungarian and English

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the IT sector
• Familiarity with SAP
• Audit experience (statutory or internal)
