To help our teams work together effectively, this role is fully remote but requires you to be located in Poland.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping our growing team in Poland and EMEA. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging top talent to partnering with hiring managers and enhancing our employer brand. You’ll join a collaborative, remote Talent Acquisition R&D team hiring across Engineering, Product Management, Design, and Program Management.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of complex technical roles, using creative strategies to attract and engage top talent.

  • Design and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, translating hiring requirements into targeted candidate profiles.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to strengthen our talent pool research, market mapping, and competitive intelligence.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding recruitment solutions.

  • Ensure data integrity and leverage data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the global recruitment team, HR, Compensation, and Talent Branding.


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a strong preference for in-house recruitment.

  • Proven experience recruiting in the Polish market and across EMEA.

  • A consultative, customer-focused approach with hiring managers and stakeholders.

  • Strong research skills and a proactive, inquisitive mindset.

  • Collaborative team player who elevates others and contributes to a positive team culture.

  • Curiosity and understanding of the software/technology industry.

  • Experience using data and market insights to inform recruitment strategies.

  • Genuine passion for DEI hiring and building inclusive teams.
