About this role

POSITION SUMMARY

The Talent & Learning Coordinator provides administrative and project support to both the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams. This role is responsible for coordinating sche3dules, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of hiring and learning initiatives. Servicing as a central point of contact, the Coordinator supports operational efficiency and contributes to a positive candidate and employee experience.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Schedule interviews, candidate meetings, training sessions, workshops and other programs across multiple calendars.
  • Coordinate logistics for hiring events, career fairs, room set up, and catering orders.
  • Support projects related to talent acquisition and learning & development.
  • Prepare learning materials, attendance rosters, and evaluation forms.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:  High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

 

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

 

EXPERIENCE:  1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, learning or administrative/project support. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with applicant tracking and learning management systems preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Potential for exposure to blood borne pathogens along with infectious diseases. (Refers to Blood Bourne Pathogen requirement)
