POSITION SUMMARY
The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility as well as acting as the providing facility oversight for the campus for environment of care.
 
This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement activities and efforts and by demonstrating courtesy, professionalism and diplomacy with a strong commitment to teamwork.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years' experience required as a supervisor or as an administrative business manager required. Strong Budget management/billing experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
 
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Demonstrates the competencies as established on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool for this position.
 
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching approximately 25% of the workday. This position also requires frequently lifting, approximately 25-30 pounds. The essential functions for this position are listed on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.
 
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
This position report to Department Leadership and may supervise incumbents' as assigned.
