- Oversee performance metrics, evaluations, and staff development.
- Manage and optimize the clinical research expense budget.
- Partner with ACR and the Sponsored Project Office for financial training and communication.
- Coordinate budgeting, contracting, billing, and financial execution to ensure compliance with sponsored and third‑party insurance requirements.
- Oversee operational management of research expenditures and support the development of new industry‑sponsored revenue opportunities.
- Drive customer satisfaction for patients, physicians, colleagues, and internal departments.
- Promote a culture of service excellence across research operations.
- Expand the clinical research portfolio across Atlantic Health System.
- Collaborate with service line and physician leadership to strengthen the clinical research culture.
- Support new and ongoing research programs and strategic planning initiatives.
- Develop internal and external clinical research partnerships.
- Ensure adherence to standards of professional practice and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and JCAHO.
- Partner with physician colleagues to build a systemwide quality review program.
- Evaluate and redesign core processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance service.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with physician leaders.
- Support structured communication and shared strategic, programmatic, and quality initiatives.
