Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate across a variety of operational and guest‑facing functions, including:
- Monitoring real-time operations, identifying inefficiencies, and providing actionable recommendations to improve overall ballpark experience.
- Tracking social media platforms to identify emerging trends and engagement opportunities.
- Elevating guest experiences through creative and proactive hospitality opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Passion for sports, fan experience, and operational efficiency.
- Strong observational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds and within all levels of the company.
- Availability to work Atlanta Braves home games including nights, weekends, and holidays.
