Propósito del puesto

Gestionar y supervisar las operaciones del área de bodega para asegurar el correcto flujo de materiales, el control de inventarios y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos, estándares de calidad y seguridad establecidos por la organización.

Académicos:

Bachillerato en Educación Media (indispensable).
Técnico o cursos en logística, inventarios o cadena de suministro (deseable).

Experiencia:

2–3 años de experiencia en operaciones de bodega, logística o inventarios.
Experiencia liderando personal operativo.

Conocimientos técnicos:

Manejo de ERP y control de inventarios.
Técnicas de almacenamiento y rotación de inventarios.
Conocimientos en seguridad ocupacional y manejo seguro de materiales.
Elaboración de reportes y documentación operativa.
Licencia D3 (indispensable).
Inglés básico/intermedio (deseable).
