Job Summary

As a Production Supervisor at ATL Technology, you will lead, plan, control, and coordinate all end-to-end functions within the value stream. Your role ensures that products meet company and regulatory requirements, manages production processes, and optimizes resource utilization. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee cross-functional teams, and foster a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing interdisciplinary teams, including direct, indirect, and support personnel.

• Intermediate English proficiency (B2+).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated industry (medical devices manufacturing preferred).

• At least 5 years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently allocate direct and indirect human resources to maintain operations.

• Plan and execute team development focused on required competencies.

• Conduct regular team discussions to ensure proper communication and management.

• Lead the execution of operational actions and disciplinary processes as needed.

• Request system access and roles for direct reports.

• Ensure conditions for continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.

• Manage end-to-end production, from raw materials to export.

• Maintain strong relationships with functional leaders.

• Address issues/incidents and implement corrective actions.

• Lead sustainable improvement projects and define, track, and achieve Continuous Improvement Plans (CIPs).

• Prepare documentation and reports for senior management and executive teams.

• Plan and calculate resources for investments and expenditures.

• Oversee the P&L of the value stream, including production, storage, and maintenance costs.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of team members, promoting a culture of safety and enforcing compliance with safety standards.
