Líder de Excelencia Operacional (OPEX Lead)

Resumen del Puesto
El Líder de Excelencia Operacional (OPEX Lead) será el responsable de impulsar y sostener la mejora continua dentro de ATL Technology, LLC. Este rol clave liderará iniciativas Lean y Six Sigma para optimizar procesos, reducir desperdicios y mejorar la eficiencia operativa general, contribuyendo directamente a la estrategia de crecimiento y rentabilidad de la empresa.

Responsabilidades del Puesto
* Identificar, priorizar y liderar proyectos de mejora de procesos utilizando metodologías Lean, Six Sigma y otras herramientas de excelencia operacional.
* Facilitar y liderar talleres Kaizen, eventos de mapeo de flujo de valor (VSM) y otras sesiones de mejora continua.
* Capacitar, mentorizar y desarrollar al personal en principios y herramientas de Lean Manufacturing y Six Sigma.
* Establecer y mantener métricas de rendimiento clave (KPIs) para monitorear el progreso de las iniciativas de mejora y asegurar la sostenibilidad de los resultados.
* Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de producción, ingeniería, calidad y cadena de suministro para identificar oportunidades de mejora y asegurar la implementación exitosa de soluciones.
* Documentar los procesos actuales y futuros, los planes de control y los procedimientos operativos estándar.
* Analizar datos operativos para identificar causas raíz de problemas y desarrollar soluciones efectivas.
* Promover una cultura de mejora continua y pensamiento Lean en toda la organización.
* Reportar regularmente el progreso de los proyectos y los beneficios alcanzados a la dirección.

Cualificaciones del Puesto
* Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica o campo relacionado.
* Certificación Green Belt o Black Belt en Six Sigma (se prefiere Black Belt).
* Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia probada liderando y ejecutando proyectos de mejora continua en entornos de manufactura.
* Dominio de herramientas y metodologías Lean (5S, VSM, SMED, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, etc.).
* Fuerte capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas, con habilidad para interpretar datos complejos y generar conocimientos accionables.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal y presentación, tanto verbal como escrita.
* Capacidad demostrada para influir y trabajar eficazmente con equipos multifuncionales en todos los niveles de la organización.
* Dominio del idioma español e inglés (fluidez requerida).
* Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y software relacionado.
* Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente, según sea necesario.
