Propósito del puesto:
Garantizar la disponibilidad, control y orden de los materiales requeridos para la producción, asegurando el cumplimiento del plan de producción y las políticas internas de manejo de materiales.

Requisitos:

Diploma de Educación Secundaria o equivalente (GED).
Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en manejo de almacén, inventarios o funciones similares.
Conocimiento básico en control de inventarios y procesos de producción.
Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicación efectiva.
Capacidad para organizar y priorizar tareas en entornos dinámicos.

Funciones principales:

Gestionar y mantener actualizado el inventario de materiales.
Actualizar diariamente el plan de producción del mes en curso y dar seguimiento al plan del siguiente mes a partir del día 16.
Mantener comunicación efectiva con el área de producción, especialmente con el puesto de CLERCK.
Elaborar listas de materiales según las órdenes de trabajo.
Revisar y verificar la calidad y cantidad de los materiales.
Garantizar que la producción cuente siempre con los materiales necesarios.
Realizar el empaquetado en caja de los materiales de producto terminado.
Verificar al menos dos veces por semana el estado de los materiales en almacén e informar oportunamente sobre niveles bajos de stock.
Mantener actualizadas al menos tres listas de órdenes de trabajo para Handles, AWS y Nuvasive.
Proporcionar reemplazos de materiales a producción de manera inmediata cuando sea requerido.
Cumplir con las políticas de ingreso y salida en la sala de paso de materiales.
Asegurar el orden y limpieza en la sala de paso al ingresar materiales.
Conocer, organizar y mantener actualizada toda la documentación relacionada con el manejo de materiales.
